How To Do Butter Aged Steak?

Steps:

  1. Melt a lump of butter in a saucepan. Make a hanger for the beef steak and cover it with melted butter (see the video for more visual instructions)
  2. Allow to mature for several days in a cool, dark location.
  3. Cook the steak in the traditional manner with rosemary for 2.5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. When it’s almost done, season it with salt and red pepper spice.
  4. Enjoy
