How to Smoke Steak
- Preheat your pellet smoker to 165 degrees Fahrenheit before starting.
- Allow steaks to come to room temperature before serving.
- On both sides of the steaks, season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Placing the steaks in the smoker and cooking for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature hits 110 degrees, is recommended.
- The temperature of the smoker should be increased to 500 degrees.
