Advice for Grilling Steaks in the Oven
- Before putting the steaks in the oven, the broiler has to be preheated
- Broil steaks with a thickness of three quarters of an inch for nine to twelve minutes
- Steaks with a thickness of 1 inch can be broiled for 13 to 17 minutes.
