Cover it with aluminum foil and bake on low for 30 minutes (I put it on at 250 degrees F). Every day at 3:00 pm, I put my roast in the oven and let it cook until supper time at 7:00 pm. The roast will be the most tender if you cook it frozen at a low temperature for at least 4 hours at a time. Using a fork, you can easily chop it!
