Instructions
- To begin, preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season both sides of the Tri-Tip with salt, pepper, and olive oil after rubbing it with olive oil
- Place the meat in the center of the grill, where it will be exposed to direct heat.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Change over to indirect heat and continue to cook for another 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
