Truffles are basically the “one pot treat” of dessert making. They require little time, few ingredients, you don’t have to turn the oven on, and the clean up is a snap. I do like to make truffles, as well as most candy, as way of saying thank you or I appreciate you.
If Baileys isn’t your thing, swap it out for one of your favorite liqueurs. This really depends upon your taste, but I suggest Chambord, Grand Marnier, Frangelico, or Sabra. These can easily be decorated with blue(Hannukah) or red(Christmas) sanding sugar, nonpareils, or jimmies for the holiday gift of your choice.
